Dental Insurance

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Below are the plans that we are participating providers of. 

Patients are asked to bring their dental insurance card to their initial appointment and to pay their copay if applicable.  Our staff is available to discuss and explain your individual insurance plan since policies may vary.

We are happy to bill your insurance for your office visits. Although we strive to get the most information possible about your dental insurance plan, verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment until your dental claim is processed. Our staff will help you get the most benefit our of your insurance plan. We will inform you of your estimated costs before any procedure is started.  Payment is expected when services are rendered.
