We are happy to bill your insurance for your office visits. Although we strive to get the most information possible about your dental insurance plan, verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment until your dental claim is processed. Our staff will help you get the most benefit out of your insurance plan. We will inform you of your estimated costs before any procedure is started.  Payment is expected when services are rendered. 

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Personal or business checks are NOT accepted. We also offer an interest free or extended payment plans thru CareCredit, if approved.  Our staff is available to help you submit an application in office.
